Q. What age is your venue for?
A. We cater to children ages 1-6
​
Q. Can my older child play at the party?
A. Yes! Private events, all children may play.
​
Q. How many guest can I invite?
A. 50 guest is our capacity. Fourteen to Sixteen children is a good amount for our playroom.
Q. Can I come in early/stay late to decorate/clean up?
A.You may arrive 15 minutes prior to the party to set up. If you would like more time, if the schedule
allows we may allow additional time for an additional charge. Please understand that parties are
back to back and we must stick to the schedule. If you would like extra time, please contact us prior
to the party to see if it can be arranged.
Q. We hired a party planner/cake decorator/ balloon contractor, can they come set up early?
A. They may arrive 15 minutes prior to your party. If you would like to purchase extra time and we
have it in the schedule contact us. If we do not, we recommend shortening your party on the
invitation.
Q. Can I sign waivers beforehand?
A.Yes, You can print them off of our website and bring them in. It is under the tab "MORE".
One waiver per family.
Q What if I have signed the waiver before?
A. We require a new waiver for every party. Write names, sign and date. One waiver per family.

Q. Can I bring in a backdrop/decoration?
A. Yes, however the only thing that may be used to hang from our walls is
Gift Scotch or painters tape.
Q. How many tables and chairs do you provide?
A. Four tables, sixteen chairs, four stools, coffee bar and cubby seating. You may bring extra if
needed.

Q. How is the cafe set up?
A. Tables are set up in banquet style. Three tables in a row. One table is used for food under Coffee
Bar (available to use). This will seat 12-14. Option
to seat 16 max.

Q. Do you allow outside food to be brought in?
A. Yes. No fees! No alcohol
Q. Do you have a fridge/freezer I can use?
A. No, but you may bring in an ice chest.

Q. Can I bring a crock pot?
A. Yes, but we do not have a safe place to plug it in. It must stay UNPLUGED.
​
Q. Can I do a smash cake?
A. Yes, we ask that you clean it up.
​
Q. Can I wear my shoes upstairs?
A. No, socks are required in the play rooms and play structure for private events just like play
sessions.

Q. Can I bring music to play?
A. Yes, we have a bluetooth speaker you can use. We ask for family friendly music to be played.
No cursing or slurs of any kind.
Q. Can I bring Alcohol?
A. No Alcohol allowed on the premises.

Q. Is food/drink allowed in the playrooms/play structure?
A. No. All food must stay in cafe area. Please help keep our toys clean.

Q. Will there be a Party Host?
A. No, we give you complete freedom to plan your party. There will be a receptionist to welcome
your guest, have them sign the waiver and explain the rules. They will also be happy to help set up
your party and pack up.

A. No

A. No, we will take care of the clean up!
